Widespread Panic starts their Spring Tour in Washington DC, three days of amazing music and friends together in The Capitol.

I chose to personify the nation’s capitol as Lady Liberty, hair waving like a flag of freedom, dripping with beautiful, transient cherry blossoms. Let’s call her Lady Liberty because America should always remain an ongoing experiment open to individual interpretation. Let your freak flag fly!
